Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Health Hop does not store full credit card numbers or security codes.

Operate, manage, and improve Health Hop Services and events
Communicate with participants regarding event logistics, updates, safety information, and operational details
Coordinate participation across multiple fitness studios and event locations

Sharing of Information

We may share personal information with third parties where reasonably necessary to operate Health Hop events and Services, including:

Participating fitness studios, venues, and event partners for operational purposes such as class registration, check-in, waiver verification, attendance management, and logistical requirements (including items such as shoe size or other participation needs)
Sponsors and brand partners involved in Health Hop events for purposes of event fulfillment, participant experience, and limited marketing or promotional activities, where permitted by law and subject to your consent preferences

Marketing, Advertising, and Sponsor Communications (CASL Consent)

By registering for or participating in a Health Hop event, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may receive communications from Health Hop related to events, updates, promotions, and services
With your consent as required under applicable law, including CASL, we may share your contact information (such as email address and phone number) with participating sponsors and partners for the purpose of sending you promotional, marketing, or advertising communications related to fitness, wellness, or related products and services

Sponsors and partners are responsible for their own communications and must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

You may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using unsubscribe mechanisms provided in messages or by contacting us at the email below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary for event participation.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
